The recent loss of my sister this May was devastating & unexpected. As a co-signer to her home I was left to navigate her mortgage & heirs. This was a very stressful situation to be in as I own a home as well. It was extremely important to act quickly in selling her home, but not give it away either. I contacted Bruce & Sheri & both quickly responded to my circumstances. We came to a mutually acceptable agreement to sell the house. After a walk through of the home, they told me exactly what needed to be to done. Together we crafted a plan to sell the home. I am not lying when I say things couldn’t have gone smoother working with both Bruce & Sheri. Both were very responsive to my questions & calls. The house was listed at the end of July & sold in early October for a very good price. It was a great relief to know I need not worry about a 2nd mortgage. Bruce attended the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. Sheri unable to attend send my wife & I a beautiful & greatly appreciated gift. I am extremely grateful to Bruce & Sheri for making what I thought was going to be a very difficult transition go so painlessly well. The best part of all this was my sister’s wishes of providing her children with an inheritance were fulfilled.

So we met the Clark’s thru church friends. Trusting that since we met them thru church friends, that we would be able to trust them. Our very first night , after moving all day, I was in shower and wife just pulled plug in bath tub. All of a sudden I had fecal matter and toilet paper coming up into my shower. Our FIRST night. So I make Bruce aware and he agrees to pay the plumbers initial charge to get water flowing. Since then we’ve learned that a local plumbing company had been here no less than 8 times in the previous year and major plumbing reparations were necessary. Previous owners did not disclose the issue that has cost us almost $20,000.00 to repair this far. Bruce has been absolutely zero help in locating or contacting the sellers and at one point when I told him about all the disgusting things were encountering he just chuckled. I found his behavior quite disturbing especially being that he went to school with my mother in San Diego, Ca like a million years ago. Do yourself a favor, and do not use these guys. Only there with a plastic smile until they get paid and then they’re gone. Worst experience ever

Bruce and Sheri helped us find our perfect first home in the beginning November 2021! If you know anything about what finding a house in 2021 was like, then you know this is a feat. We are so grateful for their help. They were always ready to go look at any house that we liked immediately. This process was hard due to inventory, BUT we all were on top of it the whole time and found a house within a month. As soon as we made the decision, everything was pretty quick after that. They were on top of filing all the paper work and connecting us to the right people to make this happen SO smoothly. This was my second time working with Bruce and Sheri on a home purchase and I have no doubt that there will be many more interactions to come! I don’t know where to even begin with this review except to say that Bruce and Sheri are the warmest, kindest, and most talented realty team you could ever ask to have on your side. There were many up and downs and times of uncertainty throughout my approval process, but Bruce remained cool, calm and collected every step of the way. When we were stressing out over factors that threatened our approval process—but were out of our control—Bruce became a source of peace and reassurance and sure enough, he proved once again that we were right to put our trust in him and Sheri as today I can now say that I am the proud owner of a beautiful home that I never dreamed could be mine. I could write for ages about how wonderful my experience was even from the very first day I saw this house when Sheri spontaneously kneeled down with my mom in the driveway to join her in praying for the home to be mine. My experience with Bruce and Sheri Clark was above and beyond satisfactory! They worked tirelessly to help me close on my first home and I couldn't be any happier with my decision to use their real estate services. Bruce was always just a phone call or text message away and he kept in consistent communication with me throughout the whole process from emailing me new listing in the middle of the night to showing me homes with less than 24hrs notice to even being with me on the day of closing.
